# Liquid Staking

{% hint style="info" %}
Liquid Staking: <https://accumulated.finance/stake>
{% endhint %}

### Overview

Liquid Staking in Accumulated Finance allows users to stake assets on supported Proof-of-Stake (PoS) chains and receive Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs) at a 1:1 ratio. These LSTs represent the staked assets, accrue staking rewards, and remain usable within broader DeFi ecosystem (DEXs, lending, borrowing, leverage staking, etc.). The protocol offers flexible withdrawal options, including an NFT-based system or instant withdrawals from pending deposits pools when liquidity is available.

### Key Features

* **1:1 LST Issuance**: Receive LSTs equivalent to staked assets, maintaining full value representation.
* **Reward Accrual**: LSTs automatically earn staking rewards from the underlying PoS chain.
* **DeFi Compatibility**: Use LSTs in Accumulated Finance’s lending markets or other protocols.
* **Flexible Withdrawals**: Redeem staked assets via NFT-based withdrawals or instantly from liquidity pools.

### Benefits

* **Liquidity**: LSTs unlock staked capital for use in DeFi, avoiding traditional staking lockups.
* **Passive Income**: Earn staking rewards without managing validators.
* **Flexibility**: Choose between NFT-based or instant withdrawals based on your needs.
* **Cross-Chain Utility**: Seamlessly use LSTs across supported EVM networks via AEVM.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.accumulated.finance/accumulated-finance-1/liquid-staking.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
